Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 to 96 business hours after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not processed on weekends, public holidays, or non-business days.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location within Mexico and the carrier’s operations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to seasonality, high demand, delivery location, logistical processes, or events beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so that you can monitor the status of your shipment.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at the time of purchase is correct.

Free Shipping

All Floralia orders include free shipping within Mexico unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete, and accessible shipping address.

Floralia is not responsible for delays, returns, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information or errors provided by the customer.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Floralia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays, high demand, logistical issues, or any event beyond our control.

Uncollected Orders

If an order is not collected on time from a delivery point, branch, or distribution center and is consequently returned or held, Floralia will not be required to issue a refund.

Damage During Shipping

If your order arrives with visible damage or a defect, contact us within the first 3 calendar days after receiving it.

You must provide clear photographs of the product and packaging, along with proof of purchase, so that we can review your case.
