Product Purpose

Floralia products are flower-holder necklaces and jewelry accessories designed for personal use, gifts, symbolic expression, and decorative purposes.

Product Use

Floralia necklaces and accessories must be used solely as decorative jewelry. The user is responsible for properly using, caring for, and maintaining the product.

To help preserve the product’s condition, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water, perfume, creams, excessive sweat, chemicals, cleaning products, or abrasive surfaces.

The necklace and its pendant must be handled with care. Forcing, bending, or improperly handling the pendant may cause deformation, scratches, or damage that will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Natural flowers placed inside the pendant may dry out, change color, or deteriorate over time. This is a natural process and does not constitute a product defect.

User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

• Discontinuing use if skin sensitivity, irritation, or discomfort occurs.
• Maintaining the product under appropriate hygiene and care conditions.
• Avoiding excessive bending, forcing, modification, or alteration of the necklace or pendant.
• Carefully selecting and placing flowers inside the pendant.

If the user experiences any reaction, discomfort, or irritation, they should stop using the product.

Floralia does not guarantee that the product will meet subjective expectations regarding color, shine, perceived size, finish, personal fit, or the emotional interpretation of the design.

Images, videos, testimonials, and marketing materials are provided as visual references and may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, device specifications, manufacturing batches, or individual perception.

Floralia is not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from improper use of the product, inadequate care, contact with water, perfume, creams, sweat, chemicals, impacts, scratches, loss of the product, or improper handling.

Floralia is not responsible for the condition, preservation, deterioration, or loss of natural or dried flowers placed inside the pendant by the user.
